## 1. Acceptance By creating an account, installing `@rivano/gateway`, or using rivano.ai or dashboard.rivano.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company. ## 2. The service Rivano AI provides a self-hosted gateway and a hosted control plane for governing MCP and A2A traffic, plus an observability dashboard. We may update the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. ## 3. Account terms You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials private. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. ## 4. Acceptable use You will not: - Use the service to violate the law or third-party rights. - Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the service except as expressly permitted. - Resell or sub-license the service without written permission. - Use the service to develop a directly competitive product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. ## 5. Fees Free tier costs nothing. Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice. ## 6. Intellectual property We retain all rights to the service, the dashboard UI, the gateway binary, and the documentation. You retain all rights to your data. We do not use customer data to train AI models. ## 7. Customer data + DPA For B2B customers in jurisdictions covered by GDPR, the [Data Processing Agreement](/legal/dpa) at /legal/dpa is incorporated by reference and supplements these Terms. ## 8. Warranties + disclaimers The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except where prohibited by law. Free tier has no SLA. Governance tier has best-effort uptime. Enterprise tier has the SLA stated in your order form (default 99.99% monthly). ## 9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivano's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. ## 10. Indemnity You agree to defend and indemnify Rivano against third-party claims arising from your use of the service that violates these Terms. ## 11. Termination You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for cause (breach of these Terms, non-payment, or law-enforcement order) on notice. On termination, we delete or return your data per the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy) retention schedule. ## 12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. ## 13. Changes When these Terms change materially, we email registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The change date appears at the top of this page. ## 14.
